    we always get into trouble , things what we say, criticism, bad relationships, misunderstandings, lack of communication, pride gets in the way , etc. we would all like to be understood and get what we want, but we have to negotiate with others, things need to be balanced, equal, even on both sides so nobody feels used. put emotions aside, and be analitical, see things how they are for real
